Tips for whiter teeth
Whiter
teeth are everyone’s dream but not everyone can realize it. It depends on
genetic, on what you eat, how you care about etc. Smile is the best
accessory that anyone can wear and it will always remain in vogue.
But with
getting older and adopting some “bad habits” you have to work harder to
maintain them white and healthy. You see everyday, famous people with
bright-white teeth and your question is, HOW?
There are
so many choices in market, toothpastes, whitening stripes or specific
treatments to your dentist. We want to propose you some simple rules to follow
up and to achieve what you want:
1. Oral hygiene
Oral
hygiene is the first and the most important step to whiter teeth. You must keep
your teeth clean and wash them at least, twice a day. According to a cosmetic dentist in Beverly
Hills, Dr. Arthur Glosman, “Your teeth will look beautiful only if they are
healthy, if they are sick, they will not only look ugly but will cause
toothache, headache and an unpleasant breath.
2. Crunchy vegetables and fruits
Fruits and
vegetables are very important for our health including our teeth. Crunchy
fruits have abrasive properties that help to remove stains from teeth. Eat an
apple or a carrot to clean the teeth surface and not risking the enamel.
3. Chew a sugar-free gum with xylitol
Teeth
plaque feeds on sugar and the best choice for you chewing gum is sugar-free
with xylitol. Xylitol is an
artificial sweetener that also helps to prevent plaque by increasing the
production of saliva. The last one
is the substance that keeps your mouth moist, helps you to chew, taste and
swallow. It’s a natural cleanser. But if you don’t keep your mouth clear,
saliva can’t do it’s role.
4. Skip baking soda
Besides the
conviction that baking soda removes surface stains and bleach your teeth, you
can’t use it for a long time. Using it regularly can cause abrasive effect on
your teeth so can damage the enamel. Instead find an appropriate tooth paste,
clinically tested about its abrasive properties.
5. Use electric toothbrush
Electric
toothbrush is more effective on removing stains on the tooth surface comparing
with the classic toothbrushes. Make sure you choose a trusted brand and your
teeth will thank you for that.
6. Flossing
You must
not underestimate flossing between teeth because an important amount of stains
are there. Floss at least twice a day to keep your teeth healthy and whiter.
Following
these simple habits, you will have teeth like a Hollywood Star.

How to get rid of split ends
Every woman
wants to have beautiful and healthy hair but to reach this, they have to do a
lot. The most common problem for women’s hair is split ends. Especially after
summer or some days at the beach, women have to treat their hair.
But you
know that the best way to treat something is to prevent it. There are some
mistakes that women do most and they lead to split ends. Harsh drying and
combing, using high heat on hair, rough washing etc all these can make your
hair brittle.
You have to
take care continuously of your hair to prevent not only split ends but also
hair loss, the dull look. Here are some advices on how to prevent, treat and remove split ends.
Prevent split ends
Pay
attention to your daily routine because there are some factors you can control
besides the factors you can’t. Don’t be harsh and careless to your hair. Be
careful when you wash and dry them. Treat them in gentle way and dedicate the
right time they need.
From
the other part you can manage the factors you can’t control in this way:
- Be careful with the water you use to wash your hair. It may have too much chlorine or other chemicals that damage your hair.
- Stay away from chemicals. Why natural hair is healthy and beautiful? Because it has never been dyeing. When you color your hair, try to find natural coloring agents.
- Protect your hair from swimming pools, lake and ocean. Or after leaving, wash your hair as soon as possible.
- Also the exposure to the sun can damage your hair. As you protect your skin with special products, do the same thing for your hair.
- Shampoo and conditioner you use must be appropriate for your hair type
- Shampoo must be applied only to your scalp and conditioner should be applied only to the hair ends.
- Once or twice a month make a deep condition to your hair to nourish them.
- The best choice is to dry your hair naturally, but instead of this use a gentle comb or brush.
- While combing, focus and work most on the bottom and way up.
- Don’t use hair accessories with metallic connectors
.
Remove split ends
We talked
about how to prevent split ends but the only way to remove those you already
have, is to cut them. Don’t trust to aims that they can help to remove them.
Maybe they reduce and improve their appearance but they don’t remove them. To
remove them you can:
- Cut your hair regularly, every two months. Go to a trusted hairdresser that uses professional scissors and hair products.
- Or you can do it by yourself. Try to cut only the splits without putting in risk your look.

reality is that few have naturally perfect skin. The other part must treat it
regularly, go to beautician or even get a surgery.

follow regularly some simple rules and treat your skin, be sure you will have
the skin you always wanted.
1. See inside
Before
buying any product by yourself, first analyze your skin. Maybe you have an affected
skin and you don’t know. Your skin can be affected by your lifestyle, diet,
polluted surroundings or inappropriate skincare products.
Also stress
plays an important role in your skin’s condition and appearance. So remember to
get time for yourself, get enough sleep and exercise regularly.
Food is the

vegetables, fruits and a lot a lot of water, to stay hydrated inside and out.
2. Don’t squeeze spots

and is able to remove makeup and all impurities. BUT be careful to choose a
special cleanser for the eyes area, because they must treat separately.
4. Exfoliate
Exfoliating cleans up deeply your skin and
removes dead cells on the surface. Its important to exfoliate it at least once
a week. You can buy cosmetic products or you can try natural recipes (homemade)
that have the same results, they make the skin smoother, fresher and
brighter.
5. Enlarged Pores
Enlarged
pores are a common problem, especially for oily skin type. You can reduce them
by using the proper product or making natural masks that help to shrink pores
and reduce shine.
6.Hydration
Another
factor for a perfect skin is keeping it hydrated. Based on your skin type,
choose a moisturizer and use it daily after cleansing. It helps your skin to be
smoother and fresh.
Now with
these steps you will get the skin you have always dreamed for. But be sure to
follow them seriously and continuously.
