Studs and spikes. Fall 2012 Fashion Trend

Generally we associate studs and spikes with rock stars, punk style or rebel teens. But this season we find studs and spikes everywhere, independently by their preferences, their style or character.

A rock and chic Fall come with this trend in the most part of designer collections on their Fashion Shows. From shoes, sneakers, bags, jackets, jewels and even in nails design, we have studs or spikes. If you want to be stylish and trendy, you must have one of these items:

Studded shoes

Heels or boots, some studs make them very stylish. They go better on black, brown or nude color shoes and the material is usually leather or suede. There are a lot of alternatives to pair them. You can choose leggings, shorts or dresses. Darker colors are better but even with bright colors they look fine.

Leather jackets

Leather is one of the Top Trends of Fall Winter 2012 and if you add studs and spikes, better. If you are already a rock style lover or punk, this is not new for you but if that is not your type, don’t worry, you will see so many varieties of wearing them. Black, brown or white leather jacket, you should wear it with a plain shirt under not with pattern. It goes along with dresses too, or with jeans, leggings etc. Just be careful not to exaggerate with studs because the limit between style and vulgarity is very close.

Studded bags

Bags and shoes are things that women don’t get enough. They want all colors, shapes and this season they will look for studded bags. Big or small, black or nude, they go well with everything. Clutches are great too. Use them on everyday outfits, casual or glamour.

Studded collars

Collars also are a Top Trend of Fall 2012. You can add by yourself some studs to your collar and your look will be awesome. You can put the collar even like a necklace and this is a touch of difference from the others.  

Studded and spikes accessories

Accessories are important to complete our look. If you are not fan of studs and spikes but you want to be always in vogue, get some studded accessories. You can wear earrings, bracelets, necklace or hair accessories. But you have to follow always a rule: If you are wearing golden spikes and studs, you have to put golden accessories to. Don’t mix the colors. Your look must be as simple as possible.
