Valentine’s Day history

Valentine’s Day or Saint Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine, call it how you want but the meaning is the same the celebration of love and affection. Many countries celebrate this holiday every year on February 14, although in most countries is a working day. 

The name Valentine is associated with the Christian Saints named Valentinus.  Saint Valentine was a pries near Rome, in the year 270 A.D and he got imprisoned for doing weddings for soldiers who were forbidden to marry and also helped Christians to escape the persecution by the Roman Empire.

Before being executed he healed the daughter of his jailer, Julia who was blind. All family members and servants became to believe in Jesus and were baptized.

Fall-Winter 2013 make-up trend

From runways this season we noticed not only new trends in coats, shoes, colors but also in make-up. Some designers were focused on eyes with nude lips and natural cheeks. Others put the focus to lips with dark lips colors. From many proposes and alternatives we are going to talk about the most important and most used, make-up trend Fall-Winter 2013:

It was surprising to see Emma Stone posing in bra for a magazine cover. But she told for the magazine that has no problem to pose in underwear because in the movie “Gangster Squat” she had to wear some fancy underwear. Even though this year, wearing crop tops or little corset was a trend she wears it for getting into the character that she plays.

Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana Break Up

We were surprised about this split after seeing them happy on Thanksgiving celebrating with Cooper’s mom. It’s not the firs time they brake up, they first broke up in March and reconciled in September.

Bradley Cooper, 37 and Zoe Saldana 34, become more than just friends after filming “The Words” together. Rumors say that they split before the holidays. Zoe spent New Year’ Eve in Miami with her friends.
