It’s been talking about Kate’s photos since Friday. The photos of Kate Middleton in Topless, applying sunscreen to herself, first appeared in the French magazine, Closer and then on Irish Daily Star, lately on “CHI” an Italian magazine.

The royal couple was angry about this scandal and decided to take legal action against the magazine.
